The children are really loving the stories, which we are reading from’Tales told in Tents’. This week we read, ‘The Carpet of Dreams’. The children then had to imagine that they were Arif (the weaver, who dreamed of being a merchant) and they wrote letters home, describing the sights, sounds and experiences they had selling their carpets in the bazaar.
