As you know, we have two major leaks under the floor in the lower school which has caused our heating system to shut down. I understand the huge impact school closure has upon parents and so made the decision to buy heaters for classrooms to keep the school operational. These have, however, not produced sufficient warmth and so, following a visit from our CEO yesterday, a new temporary heating solution is being sought. I am pleased to inform you that work to rectify the problem has begun, although this will be extensive as the faulty pipework runs beneath the main hall floor. I would like to offer my sincere thanks to you for being so supportive and understanding during this difficult time and request that children continue to wear layered clothing.
