Coronavirus
Coronavirus is something that’s on everyone’s mind at the moment. As a school, we receive daily updates from the Department for Education, offering information and guidance. We are encouraging children to wash their hands regularly with soap and water and have bought alcohol based hand sanitiser for each classroom and staffroom, the office and main reception area. We have also launched a competition in each class to find the best 'Wash your hands' poster. Year One has already started to create their posters and have displayed them around school.
Please help us to reinforce these important messages at home:
Remember to wash your hands regularly using soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds (sing Happy Birthday twice!)
If you need to cough or sneeze, do so into a tissue and place the tissue in the bin as soon as it has been used.
Don't touch your face, mouth or eyes.
