Here are a few recommended websites that may be useful for you and your parents:
https://whiterosemaths.com/homelearning/year-6/ - White Rose Maths has prepared a series of five free maths lessons for each year group. They will be adding five more each week for the next few weeks. Every lesson comes with a short video showing you clearly and simply how to help your child to complete the activity successfully.
https://uk.ixl.com/ - This website has lots of English and Maths activities for you to try.
https://www.duolingo.com/ - Why not learn a new language while you are learning from home? Choose from French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Japanese and many more.
https://www.sublimescience.com/free-science-experiments/ - If you love science experiments, then this could be the website for you! This free website offers loads of ideas for Science experiments that can be done at home. There are clear steps, outlining what you will need, and how to do the experiments. For each experiment, there are also scientific explanations of what / how it is happening, and some questions to encourage further thinking and research.
https://www.twinkl.co.uk/ - This website has lots of learning ideas. Feel free to choose topics that your child is interested in.
And of course there is Mathletics and Reading Eggs, where I am setting the children homework tasks that they can complete at home.
