I would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who is working so very hard to help their children to access home learning at the moment.
When we started home learning, I don't think any of us realised just how long it would go on for. I am delighted, however, that the quality of work that children are producing continues to improve week on week. Just when I think it can't get any better, I'm amazed by work submitted that is of an even higher standard than before! The fact that our children are doing so well is testament to teachers planning great learning opportunities, children having superb attitudes to learning and adults at home being so very supportive and encouraging, even when they have a million and one other things to do!
The partnership between home and school has always been strong at Roseberry, and something I feel very proud to talk about and celebrate. I consider it to be invaluable and, if there is one positive to come out of the very strange situation we have been faced with, it is that it has enabled our school family to work together as one, determined to do the best for our children and ensure that their learning continues, no matter what.
Well done to those children who have worked their socks off and continue to do so every day. I love seeing your work on Teams and I feel so very proud of every one of you. Well done!
