As you know, the My Child At School app will go live for our school today.
Emails containing log in details for the My Child At School app will be sent out later this afternoon to contacts who have Parental Responsibility for their child.
Please note that you will need to download and set up the app onto your phone or tablet and follow the instructions in the email.
You may be asked to enter a PIN number if accessing the app through your phone. This is a PIN number of your choice - there will not be one issued to you.
The School ID can be found in the email.
Don't forget to press 'Redeem invitation code' to complete the setting up of your account (this is quite small and easy to miss!).
If you have not completed and returned your data form, or not responded to telephone requests for information, you will not be issued with an email, as we need to ensure that the email addresses we have on file are the most up to date.
You will need access to the app to order your child's meals, book and pay for Breakfast Club, visits, events and meals.
If you get stuck, there is a helpful Parents' Guide that should answer your queries! Don't forget to order your child's meals (if they don't have packed lunch) a week in advance. Even if they have Free School Meals, or Infant Free School meals, their meal will still need to be ordered.
