We are scientists
This week, Year 1 have been scientists. We have been learning to make a circuit with electric wires and a light to show the aliens from our topic how to find their way home. We then played a game about walking on the moon. We had to have our eyes covered and trust our unknown friend to take us on a journey giving us directions without hurting ourselves.
It has also been Anti-bullying week and we began our learning journey by drawing odd socks to show that it does not matter if we are different. We then watched a video on bullying which made us think about how our words can hurt other peoples feelings. We decided to write some words in a love heart to show that we need to be kind and not hurt each other.
