This week, we’ve been learning all about Islam and Turkey: we’ve listened to a story all about Ramadan; sculpted, designed and painted tiles that are found in mosques; created henna hands; baked Coconut Cookies for Eid; tasted delicious dates; painted beautiful ‘evil eyes’; created a fact file for Turkey and made our own Ramadan calendar.
