Today, we started our SAW (science, art and writing) week and the theme this time is ‘lunchbox science’. The children have been rehearsing their poem for the harvest festival, which is called ‘A little bit of food’. Based on this poem, the children have worked in groups to create their own versions. This afternoon, we moved onto science and learnt about the different food groups in our diet and how we can eat a range of them to have a healthy diet.
If you would like to come and see our wonderful work from this week, we will be exhibiting it in the lower hall on Friday from 3pm.
