Today we looked closely at old and new images of Christmas trees. The children noticed that Christmas tree decorations have changed over the years. They noticed that Christmas trees in the past were lit by candles and not electric bulbs and that the decorations in the past were made from fruit and popcorn.

The children  also enjoyed learning some interesting facts about Christmas trees from the past.
