Water safety!
Today we had a visit from Stewart from the RNLI. He talked to us about water safety and how to stay safe at the beach.
We learnt that if we are in any danger when at the beach we need to- Stop and think, stay together, float and call 999.
What’s our class’ favourite fruit?
This afternoon, we tasted a variety of fruits which included, plums, peaches, kiwi, pineapple, grape fruit and mango.
We thought they all tasted scrumptious, however we had to pick our favourite.

This afternoon we spent some time outside enjoying our fabulous outdoor space. The children had chance to find evergreen and deciduous trees and look closely at the tress leaves.

Fire Safety!
Today we had a visit from Northallerton fire station. They talked to us about how to stay safe, what to do if there’s a fire and let us have a look around their fire engine.

How to explode a volcano!

Making volcanoes!
This week have created our own Volcanoes. We used the art technique of papier mache to make the shape of the volcano and then added paint to make it look like lava was flowing down the sides.
Sports Morning!
What a wonderful morning we’ve had taking part in our sports morning. It was lovely to see all of the coloured teams taking part and everyone cheering each other on!
