Today children learnt about friction. They found out that friction is the force resisting the motion of an object on a solid surface.
The children looked at ways friction works for them, including stopping them slipping and how friction affects cars on the roads.
Next week, we will be putting friction to the test as Santa sets off on a journey down a ramp!
