This week has been another great week of learning…
In Literacy, we have created our own story map summarising what has happened in the story (Cosmic) so far.
In Maths, we have been learning about angles. Mr Thompson (a kind volunteer), commented upon how fabulous the lesson had been – this made me feel extremely proud of the children, and their commitment to learning.
In Topic, we have been creating different techniques in clay, so that we are ready to design, sculpt and evaluate our own grand design – watch this space….
We were also very lucky when Will Freer brought in some of his outstanding art work from ‘The Northern school of Art’. The children loved seeing his creations, and it was brilliant to celebrate his talents and success.
We finished off our great week with a superb sports morning. It was lovely to see the children smile, have fun and try their best – well done, guys!
