Fabulous problem solving skills today using connecting tiles. One of the children decided to make herself a crown and then decided to make Mrs Fletcher one too. Her first attempt was too small and so she decided she needed more tiles. She checked again and it was too big. "Well if we take 2 off and check and if it's still too big we can take out another one".
Whilst checking to see if it fits the crown broke apart a few times. Our super thinker came up with a great idea "We need to put it together first and place it carefully on your head"
I am so proud of the determination to succeed and problem solving skills on show today.
