We are living in strange times, indeed, facing the type of challenges none of us have ever experienced before. This is daunting, even for the most resilient of people. During this difficult and confusing time, remember to support one another. It’s really important that we talk about how we are feeling. It’s not a sign of weakness to need to talk to someone - it’s healthy to share your feelings.
Last week, whilst driving to school, I saw daffodils in bloom and lambs in the fields. On the way home, I saw a beautiful sunset. I realised that, even though it feels very different at the moment, our world is still a beautiful place. We should take time to listen to the birds and look at the sky, notice the new shoots on trees and plants and enjoy the fact that there is still wonder in the world.
Our school family is so very important to each and every one of us and, although we will be apart (for how long we do not know), we must remember that we are joined by love.
You are all precious - take care of one another. Be safe.
