Hi to all you two-legged!

Colin here.  Wow, one week down! I hope you are all well and are having fun. And I hope nobody has been in trouble for digging up the lawn, or chewing a shoe.  -I haven’t.

I felt sad on Monday night when the two-legged with the messy hair told us we must only go out of the house once a day for exercise, because I love going for walks.  But now I understand that it is to keep us all safe.  So, I’ve been digging  playing in my back garden, having lots of fun with all of my toys.

I heard you guys are very good at fractions, so I would like you to help me answer this question:

There are 24 hours in a day.  If I sleep for 3 quarters of the day, for how many hours am I awake?

My two-legged is always reading. Why don’t you browse the shelves for an Oxford Owl reading book?

You can search for all of the books that are in your book band colour, just like in the coloured baskets at school!

Here is a good website to try some maths today:

Or, you could do a maths activity from your learning pack.

Can you spot me hiding?

Why don’t you make a ‘Where’s Colin?’ style picture with hidden things for somebody else to find?

Have fun guys, and be good!

I’ll be back next Friday.

Colin x
