On your marks…. Get set….. Go!….
Running, jumping, skipping, cycling, dancing, hopping, egg  and spoon races, mindfulness walks and garden Olympic races to mention a few……….. It has been such an active week for our class! Well done everyone for taking part. A big thank you to all of our lovely grown-ups who have embraced the Health and Fitness project this week and joined in to take part in the family fitness programme that your child has designed! Some children even included other members of their family that they cannot currently see; they did exercise via an IT device using video calls! I can imagine it made a positive difference to the daily lives of those family members. I have included some examples of the fitness/exercise and wellbeing programmes you have created below and healthy meal planners. There are also examples of sport specific programmes of exercise that you have produced. We have a talented active class and I am proud with the way you have worked hard to plan and then carry out your exercise programmes.
