Village Community – Planning Phase.
We have spent the week planning our village communities, deciding the skills people would need to go on to our island to contribute to its day-to-day running. We have researched ways the village community could become self-sufficient with limited numbers of people and resources. We then looked at how we could best utilise the buildings on the island - there were some fantastic creative ideas. There were so many thoughtful questions whilst trying to work out how this new island ‘family’ would work together as an effective team. We have shared our ideas below.
