This week we carried out a fair test into blood flow. We ensured everything was kept the same apart from the width of the straws that were representing the blood vessels. We found that blood flowed quicker through the wider vessel. We also discussed what would happen if the blood was thicker or thinner and also what could happen if there was a blockage which stopped the flow.
