Year 4/5 decided to look at different artists from different eras and the type of work they created so that we had an understanding of the type of art work they produced. We then began to critique each piece of art according to the colour, style, impact and aesthetic qualities. We had no favourite as we all had our own preferences and realised that art is much to the person seeing the piece of work. We realised that everyone has different tastes and different thoughts—that’s why there are so many different pieces of art work!
