We are really enjoying our new topic called 'Who lives in a rockpool?'.

Our role play area has been changed into an aquarium.  We have been playing I-spy to say and write a list of all of the different things we can see.  Can you find where Nemo is hiding?

During PE we had a go at moving our bodies like different sea creatures.  It was really tricky walking sideways like a crab.

The story we have been exploring is called The fish who could wish.  We though about what we would wish for if we had just one wish.

In the Art & Design area we have enjoyed making creatures for our rock pool display.  We scrunched tissue paper to create the starfish's body and worked hard learning how to thread wool to create tentacles for our jellyfish.
