Guess who?

This week the year 2 children have been using their knowledge of minibeasts to sort and classify them using a branch database.  The children had to think carefully about the features of each minibeast before answering ‘yes’ and ‘no’ questions in order to know how to sort them.

Afterwards, they created some flip books where the children had to write specific clues about the minibeasts they had chosen to hide underneath.  There were some very creative clues which made it especially tricky to work out exactly which minibeasts they were.  The children had great fun sharing their books with their friends to see if they could guess who was hiding.    Well done, Year 2!
