This week the children have been finding out all about the Egyptian Gods. They were impressed by how strange and wonderful they appeared to be. After finding out about them and writing facts, they had a go at drawing one - fantastic!
During Literacy, we have been reading 'The Phoenix Code' by Helen Moss. Inspired by the descriptions of the tombs, the children (with the help of one of Mr Murton's amazing pictures) have written their own descriptions for a setting.
