Creating our own Stonehenge pictures!
The children had great fun creating their own Stonehenge images. They used paint to make the sunset background, then used ripping and cutting to make the stones. The children looked closely at pictures of Stonehenge in order to get the correct shapes and layout of the huge stones.
Busy Year 2!
Take a look at how busy we have been over the past 2 weeks. We have had great fun creating spaghetti and marshmallow towers as well as constructing bridges to help the billy goats to cross! Jake has amazed us with his talk about his trip down Standedge Tunnel in Marsden and impressed us with his…
Terrific Tribal Team
We are so impressed with your efforts in putting together an amazing array of topic homework. This afternoon we had the opportunity to look at everyone's work and also visited Miss Burley's class to see theirs, while they came to see ours. The children voted on their top 3 pieces - well done to…

We made up adventure stories with…

This week we have been reading the story - Aliens love Panta Claus. We loved how the aliens helped Father Christmas to deliver all of the toys when his sleigh was broken. We thought it was so funny that the aliens decorated their Christmas Tree with underpants.
We made some biscuits, in…
