We have had another busy week! In Literacy, we have started reading a new text and, after some interesting predictions, we are really enjoying what we have read so far and can’t wait to find out what will happen next! The text is ‘I was a Rat!’ by Philip Pullman.
In Maths, we are working in a slightly different way and the children have to choose whether they are ready for challenge 1, 2 or 3 – we also have the ‘chilli challenge’!
I have set some homework on Mathletics (problem solving) but I don’t seem to be able to update the homework page at the moment.
In Topic, we have been finding out about Anderson shelters and reading real-life recounts of life during air-raids. Some of the stories are amazing and unbelievable.
