We had a great time learning about Jane Goodall....
Jane studies animal behaviours (ethologist), and is known for her research on chimpanzees of Gombe Stream National Park in Tanzania. She discovered that chimpanzees make tools, eat and hunt for meat, and have similar social behaviour to humans.
Jane has demonstrated a strong concern for the environment, and the damage being inflicted on it. She tries to encourage people to contribute towards making our world a more peaceful place. After learning about Jane and her work, she inspired us to think about how we can make the world a more peaceful place. We created poems thinking about these ideas.
