If your child is eligible for Free School Meals or Universal Free School Meals (EYFS, Y1, Y2), a packed lunch will be provided for them daily for you to collect. Should you wish to receive a meal, please email office@roseberryacademy.org If you do not email, we will assume that you do not wish to receive a meal and we will, therefore, not prepare one for your child.
To limit the number of people arriving at school, in line with social distancing guidance, we will stagger collection times. Lunches will be ready for collection at the lower school main entrance.
If your child's surname begins with the letter:
A - F arrive at 11.45am
G - M arrive at 12.00pm
N - S arrive at 12.15pm
T - Z arrive at 12.30pm
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver meals. Should you be self isolating, you may wish to ask someone to collect this on your behalf. You must, however, phone the school office on 01642 722883 to inform staff that this is to happen.
There are plans afoot to operate a voucher scheme for Free School Meals in the future and I inform you of this as soon as I have further information.
