If you would like some structure/ guidance to your day, here are some ideas:
Literacy- Using the pictures from the story 'Anna Hibiscus song' Children to retell the story. Try to include some speech and don't forget your capital letters, full stops and fingers spaces!
Maths- Complete Year 1 Spring Maths activity mats- Mat 1 and 2
Grammar- Have a go at two of the common word word searches.
Topic- Children to research information about places they could visit in Rio de Janerio. Children to record five or six facts about each place. Use the topic crib sheet in your learning pack to help you!
Get creative- Create a rainbow to display in your window at home. Use any materials and media. You could use crayons, pens, paints, collage, etc. Be creative! Go for it!
