The second week of lockdown and we've all been extremely busy. In topic we learned that there are 50 states in the USA and located these on a map. We also explored route 66, investigated electric circuits and in computing discussed and created our own fake and real news on Teams. For writing, the children created their own list poems based upon our book this term 'Leon and the place between'. Their poem aimed to describe a fair ground and circus in using powerful verbs and adverbs to create interest and suspense. I think the children did a brilliant job!
