Year 2 have had a wonderful week in school enjoying seeing their friends and starting their new topic 'Scented Garden'. Although the trip to our local garden centre was postponed, the children enjoyed having the opportunity to observe, smell and taste a selection of edible herbs in the classroom. The children shared some fantastic prior knowledge of plants and flowers they already know and got their hands dirty planting some tulip bulbs.
