This week we have been reading a new story all about a penguin. To start off the book, a present had been left for us to open. We thought about what time we were given presents, we all thought about Christmas and Birthdays. We played pass the parcel and the present was a baby penguin. 

We looked at the front cover at the penguin and we described what he looked like, we noticed his, beak, nostrils, round eyes, and his colour. We also thought about what he felt. We thought he looked scared.

Afterwards, we had a go at drawing him. Look at our beautiful work!
