Welcome back, hope everyone has had a lovely Easter. Today the class have started our new topic 'FLOW' and as part of this the children took part in their first ever scientific field trip! We walked into the village and then along the River Leven.  We obeserved the river banks, flora and fauna. We measured the flow rate, water depth and took samples of water and sediment ready to look at in the classroom. It was a beautiful afternoon and the children thoroughly enjoyed it. A big thank you to all the adults that helped us this afternoon.
