What creative, conscientious children!

Today we shared the children’s brilliant topic homework. I was very impressed at how much detail and creativity the children displayed. Thankyou parents for all your support with their learning during this Spring term.

What wonderful weather we had today for being busy in the wildlife area!  Thanks to Mrs Rowan, the children hung bird cakes, made charcoal, toasted cinnamon apples and drew charcoal pictures on fabric!

This week, the children have started to bring in their projects for their topic homework and I have been very impressed with the quality of them.

Children, remember your 2 pieces of homework are due in on Monday 1st April.

Today, the children had the opportunity to have a taster session of ‘A Game of Actual Life’.  Simon Carson was very impressed with the children and they made some very sensible decisions when thinking about saving and spending ‘virtual’ money.

As we have got to the end of our class text, ‘The Ice Palace’, we have been writing a newspaper article based upon the children finally returning home from Starjik’s  palace….
