EYFS 2022-2023

Our Mini Library has opened it's doors.  Children can visit the library, with their grown ups, at hometime and choose a book to enjoy at home.  We were really excited about choosing a new story to share.

Today in Maths we explored Matching & Sorting.  First we sorted the socks into pairs.  Each sock had to look the same as the other sock for it to be a matching pair.

Next we sorted animals and we noticed that some baby animals don't look the same as their Mummy or Daddy.

We have had a super start to school.  Everyone came in to school with a big smiley face and got stuck straight in.  The children got busy drawing, painting, building, sharing games, reading books, counting and learning lots of new rules.  What a super bunch, I am so proud of you…
