Christmas Party!
Today, Year 1 and Year 2 had their Christmas party. We all had a great time dancing, and playing games!
And to add to the excitement, our magical seeds grew over night... into candy canes!

What a a busy week we’ve had!
We visited Wynyard Hall to take part in an elf trail, created watercolour robin calendars, wore our Christmas jumpers and ate Christmas dinner, and planted some magical seeds that Brian, our elf, delivered to us! I wonder what the seeds will grow into?

Brilliant Biscuit Bridges
Today, a tiny letter appeared next to the elf door in Year 2. It was from Brian, the elf! He wanted us to help him investigate which type of biscuit would make the best bridge so that he can visit us from the North Pole.

Castles
We used watercolours to create sunset skies, then we cut castles out of black paper.
After that, to create the stone walls, we used a small sponge to print grey paint, and oil pastel to create texture.
Finally, we added flags and windows.
Wriggle and Crawl!
