Fun Faces!
This week, for their Golden time choice, the children decorated biscuits! They had a great time creating them and then particularly enjoyed eating them! YUM!
Preparing for the Afterlife
This week the children created a graphic organiser to help them learn about how the Ancient Egyptians prepared for the afterlife. They were able to recall lots of information and their work was beautiful!
They also had fun making Nemes (head-dress). Brilliant!

Magnificent Mummification!
What a great start to the year and to our new topic 'Pharaohs'. The children were amazed and disgusted in equal measure as they watched a 'live' mummification! They also had fun sketching some of the objects which were found in King Tutankhamun's tomb.
