Mindfulness!
We were incredibly lucky this afternoon, as we had our first mindfulness session with Sarah (one of our children’s parents). We discovered what mindfulness really is, learned some breathing and calming techniques and played some great games.

Progress with our school garden
Members of Global Council wrote to Raft wondering if they could raise money to fund a school garden. Raft kindly offered to fund this activity, and look at the resources we now have! In a few weeks, children will be planting vegetables ready for them to be harvested later on in the year.
