We were lucky to be treated to a mindfulness workshop on mindfulness and learning how to calm our minds with Sarah Grainge. We learned some breathing techniques to help us calm and focus our minds on the tasks we have ahead.

This week, the children have been taking swabs of different items around the classroom, from door handles to keyboards, our own hands to the class pencils. Once swabs were taken, they were transferred to agar jelly samples in order to show how easily bacteria is spread and grown.

Our class have used their digital art skills and our new iPads to create some superb artwork. Using Strip Designer, the children have chosen to go either forward in time or back in time to create a montage of pictures. Pop in and take a look at all the rest on our learning wall.
