We were lucky to be treated to a mindfulness workshop on mindfulness and learning how to calm our minds with Sarah Grainge. We learned some breathing techniques to help us calm and focus our minds on the tasks we have ahead.

What are the dirtiest items in the classroom?
This week, the children have been taking swabs of different items around the classroom, from door handles to keyboards, our own hands to the class pencils. Once swabs were taken, they were transferred to agar jelly samples in order to show how easily bacteria is spread and grown.
